The goal is to set a FKT (fastest known time) on the 13 peaks over 2000 meters in Sweden, in one single push, on foot. This will, of course, also include the highest peak in Sweden, Kebnekaise.
The team will start the clock when leaving civilization in Abisko, continuing over the Kebnekaise massif, cross over Áhkká and through the wild Sarek national park, and finally end up in Kvikkjokk via the major trail Kungsleden. Along the way all of the 13 peaks will be ascended.
The final distance is estimated to be around 260 kilometers with a vertical gain of approximately 11 000 meters. The team is hoping to reach the finish line in about 60-70 hours.
Petter is as comfortable in the mountains as a fish in the sea. From only moving vertically for many years he later found out horizontal movement can be just as fun, and the combination of the two is unbeatable. He's originally from Brodalen, Sweden but lives in Chamonix, France since a few years.
Just a few of his many accomplishments are: 3rd Tor des Geants 2021, 4th Marathon du Mont Blanc 2019, 1st Kullamannen 2018, 11th UTMB 2018.
petterrestorpTobias is originally from the deep dark forests of northern Sweden, a village by the name of Harads, but has since migrated slightly more south to Åre. Running has been part of his life since childhood and he has since found the beauty of the mountains.
Some of the things he has accomplished are: 7th Swedish Championships Long Trail 2023, 10th Ultra Dolomites 2022, 3rd Uka Pain 2022 & 2023, 6th Trail des Aiguilles Rouges 2021.
